This unit is a spacious three bedroom, two full bath condo, overlooking the sugar white sands along the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. Tasteful beach décor and an open floor plan create an atmosphere of relaxation for the whole family. The outdoor terrace includes a dining table and chairs and offers a phenomenal view of the Gulf from both the living room and the master bedroom. The spacious master bath has an elegant dressing area plus a garden size tub with shower. The unit sleeps 8, with a king size bed in the master, and a queen size and two twin beds in the guest rooms. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room. There is a 42” flat screen TV in living room and flat screens in each of the three bedrooms. Guest bedrooms include a sink and vanity in addition to the full size guest bath. There is a separate laundry area in the condo with full size washer and dryer. Reserved covered parking provided. Internet access is provided at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy
30 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE FOR ANY RENTAL. If cancellation is within the time frame of 30 days from time of arrival, the $300 will be forfeited by the tenant.
There are NO REFUNDS for inclement weather or early departures.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

We currently accept personal checks, cash, VISA, and MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER.

PRE-PAYMENT DEPOSIT:

At the time of booking $300.00 will be charged to your card. If more than one unit is booked by the tenant, a charge of $300.00 per unit and per week reserved is required. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of your arrival date, the $300.00 for each unit and each week reserved will be retained.
